At vilnota, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you can request a return or exchange in accordance with the policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

Only new, unused products in original packaging are eligible for return.

Items must be returned with all accessories, manuals, and tags included.

Products used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging will not be accepted.
2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or sent in error.
3. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible items, provided the product is in new condition and returned within 30 days. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
4. Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases of defective items or order errors caused by vilnota.

We do not charge a restocking fee.
